READy 2 Play Babies (6-18 months)
Where Stories, Sounds, and Sensory Play Spark Early Learning!

In READy 2 Play Babies, we’ll introduce your little one to the joys of language and sensory exploration through interactive stories, songs, and engaging play! This class includes a short, interactive read-aloud where your baby will enjoy listening and participating, followed by fun sensory experiences that encourage speech and language development.

• Language Development: Your baby will love hearing familiar words, their own name, and simple commands like "up," "down," "go," and "stop," all while babbling and imitating sounds!

READy 2 Play Toddler (1-3 years)

In READy 2 Play Toddler, your child will have a blast while developing important language and social skills! Each week, your toddler will enjoy an interactive storytime, followed by hands-on play activities like painting, play-dough, water play, and sensory bins—all designed to spark creativity and learning.

Story 2 Stage (5-8 years)

Taught by Liz Samuel of Montclair Story Salon 

Stories, Storytelling, & Theater Collide!​

During Story 2 Stage explore the magic of storytelling, creative drama, and playwriting! Led by Liz Samuel of Montclair Story Salon, children will have the opportunity to act out scenes from their favorite stories, engage in theatre games and improvisational exercises, and begin to write their own plays as a class.

 

Along the way, they'll discover how to recognize and understand the language in a script, learning how dialogue and stage directions work to bring stories to life. By the end of the session, they’ll have created their own short play, ready to perform for the group. It’s a fun and imaginative way to develop confidence, creativity, and a love for storytelling!

READy 2 Play Saturdays
Weekend Fun for the Whole Family – Books, Play, and Learning Together!

READy 2 Play Saturdays is a special weekend class designed to engage children of all ages in joyful learning, play, and family bonding. We’ve partnered with Bloom CC + CoWorking to offer a spacious, welcoming environment for weekend families to come together and explore. Each week, we’ll kick things off with an interactive read-aloud, carefully selected to support the emerging literacy skills of children at various stages. Parents and caregivers are invited to join in the fun, participating alongside their little ones in the story and play!

After the story, your child will have the chance to make choices and explore a variety of play stations related to the day's theme. Activities can include painting, music, dramatic play, book-making, water play, and more. The Saturday playtime is designed to encourage open play, allowing families to bond and create lasting memories together.
